Enjoyed the extremely comfortable room with new facilities. Heating worked perfectly during the cold weather, making my stay cozy. Breakfast had a wonderful variety and was served promptly on the lovely terrace, which added to the relaxing experience. Sara and her staff provided exceptional hospitality, speaking great English, which made communication easier. The location allowed easy access to historic sites while remaining calm and quiet. However, I noticed some maintenance issues that could be addressed, some fixtures in the shower didn't quite function properly. Overall, I left with a positive impression but felt some attention to those maintenance details could enhance the stay.

The attention to detail in the room was impressive, especially the beautiful decor that captured the essence of Siena.
Unfortunately, the check-in process was a bit complicated due to limited staff hours, making it challenging to reach someone in the evening.

My wife says that breakfast choices for teens could be improved.
